产线之一。目前有两套膜片挤出生产线，配有三棍压光机、媒体循环温度控制机、厚度 /
定量 / 密度在线测控系统等精密设备，能够生产出 PETG 膜片、TPU 膜片和由两种材料复
合的多层膜片，涵盖多种厚度、尺寸、形状。雅齐对膜片进行自动化、标准化生产，年产
可达 1.5 亿片。
Sichuan Yaqi Medical Technology Co., Ltd was founded in March 2018 in China
Dental Valley, specializing in the production of orthodontic raw materials—dental sheet.
Yaqi boasts a modern 6,000-square-meter factory with a registered capital of 20
million CNY. It operates one of the world's largest production lines dedicated to dental
sheets, with an annual capacity of up to 150 million pieces. The company achieves fully
automated and standardized production of PETG, TPU, and Multi-Layer sheet made from
both materials, offering a variety of thicknesses, sizes, and shapes. These films serve as
raw materials for products such as clear aligners, orthodontic retainers, teeth-whitening
trays, and anti-snoring devices, making Yaqi a leading intelligent manufacturing base for
dental sheets in China.
